Bunscoil na Cathrach is a co-educational primary school under the patronage of the Diocese of Waterford and Lismore. We currently employ a very dedicated and hardworking staff of over 50 people in many different roles in our school community. 

Our school principal is Mr. Brendan Horan.

Our deputy principal is Ms. Mairead Gallagher.

You will be greeted at our office by the front entrance by our two secretaries, Michelle and Aileen. 

We currently have 18 class teachers - 2 teachers in each class level from Junior Infants to 6th Class and we also have 2 teachers in our ASD classes.

We have 10 teachers in our Special Education Team and 9 Special Needs Assistants.

We have a Home School Liaison Officer and a School Completion Program Co-ordinator

We have a full team of cleaners and our caretaker Martin.
